  1. I do not take on others' emotions, I am not responsible.

  2. I know myself and my body the most.

  3. Do NOT underestimate the power of your presence.

  4. Own what you can & cannot control.

  5. I can see and hear others while also being compassionate & nonjudgmental.

  6. I set boundaries with friends, and family, and work to protect myself.

  7. I remove what no longer serves me.

  8. I am taking care of myself and healing.

  9. I do not mask myself or hold back the truth, I am assertive.

  10. I am strong enough to handle what is happening to me right now.

  11. This is an opportunity to learn how to cope with my fears.

  12. I can take all the time I need to let go and relax.

  13. My anxiety will not kill me; it just doesn’t feel good right now.

  14. I am safe.

  15. My thoughts don’t control my life; I do.
